Complex questions as you have to look at all the risks associated in that place: for example, in us, you take into account of earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricane, and hail, etc, highest death rates: many places in africa. Some neighbourhood are extremely dangerous: some amazing looking houses can be worth nothing because of the location. Number 1 riskiest place from source is anywhere in california: volcanic activity, history of arban riots, water shortage and many more.
