Waterfall production
- one long cycle where you first set your expectations at the beginning and after the requirements, you
have design and architecture etc. It moves in a waterfall flow.

- Learn what the market wants,
- Ask ppl, iterate that and get their feedback
- What is the device meant to do?
- Then you built it and you test with the market once more
- Cut features that are not useful
- Has an MVP – a minimum set of features to be in front of customers + feedback
