Document Summary
Damage to brain: brain damage always has an impact, unused neurons degenerate. Measurement: brain scans all areas have functions, we don"t find inactive single neurons. 1 out of every 5 calories we intake are used by our brain. If you have a big body its going to take a lot to keep your body moving and functioning. Our brain is born smooth but as we grow the brain gets bumpier. The brain is very vulnerable and simply holding it can cause indentations on it shows how careful we have to be. Meninges: layer of skin wrapped around the brain to keep it safe as well contains blood vessels. Brain sits in a bath of cfs. The fluid just sloshed around and collects waste to then dispose of. The scalp and the skull protect he brain. When the axons break from their cell bodies they start to degenerate an actually release their chemicals into the brain which can be toxic.
