Usually a problem occurs for women thinking about political careers between the process of changing from eligibles to candidates (because of social factors that restrain women . whether it be home life, sexist ideologies or whatever it may be. The last stage is generally not seen as the problem zone ( voters are not usually the road block, when women run, women win its getting women to the point that they can run that is the problem)
