Kratia means power and rule and we see it used in many terms that have do once again do with power and ruling. Anarchy against rule: they don"t think there should be a state and that governments shouldn"t be ruled by people. Reformation, renaissance, enlightenment, rise of a new class the middle class with demands for representation and influence. Rise of liberalism (not to be confused with the canadian liberal party) Not to be confused with the liberal party in canada they all have some liberalism in their basis. It is to say they government should be based in rationality. They believed that property was a sign of reason and their property wasn"t a sign of wealth it was a sign of investment. They wanted security for themselves and for their property.
