Surgery process involve pt with entire team, for any of the following purposes: diagnosis: determine presence/extent of patho abnormality. Lymph node biopsy, bronchoscopy: cure/repair: eliminate/repair condition. Remove ruptured appendix, benign ovarian cyst, repair fracture: palliation: alleviate symptoms w/o cure.
