Marginalized people smoke more rates higher among aboriginal people, lower income and less educated people. Comprehensive multiplacided public health efforts have enabled people to quit. Requires individual action, but the personal, social , political and economic context matters. There are bans and restrictions on smoking not in bars, not indoors, hotels, and is illegal to smoke in a car if traveling with children.
