Protecting rights under a system based on god and the rule. A tsalagi story of crime, consequence, law and order, justice and redemption. He stayed there for a while: then a child from the village went missing. His body was found wiht his insides taken out. Villagers knew it was stonecoat, but they did not know who stonecoat was in the village. People were scared and needed to protect the children from this spirit. Accusations were made and people were angry and the villagers stayed in their homes, but needed to go to the river everyday. Things relaxed, but then another child went missing, and same thing had happened. The women were strong and had strong medicine so they would be able to beat the spirit.
