Un said canada has small percent of women in government, pay gap, Women of colour are the lowest paid group, Sustainable development goals, 5th goal is gender equality. Projects addressed women"s practical needs": food, aid, health and nutrition. Adopted widely, global governance institutions, organization concentrated on women"s reproduction, Un development agencies based plans on family, women, mothers were closely watched. Large family structure as greatest obstacle in achieving globalization.
