Getting ready for class at 11:30, listened to the radio. Went for lunch with friends, phone still left in room. Getting ready for class at 2:30, listened to radio. Went for supper at leonard for 4:30, left phone in room. At dinner until around 5:30, chatted with friends in the hallway of my residence. Called some of my friends that went to different schools because i hadn"t spoke to them in awhile. I finished the rest of my homework for the last hour of this activity. I found it very difficult to not have my phone with me because i feel it is how i stay connected with people and events around me. I found i saw things differently because instead of walking with my head down looking at my phone screen, i was actually taking the time to observe my surroundings.
