We are pushing, expanding and exploding ideologies of multiplicity and intersectionality. We come as transracial adoptees, women of mixed race, bisexuals, refugees and hundreds of other combinations. For us, women of colour feminism continues to be a living. Some people don"t fit into the limited frameworks set up hurdis wants us to. This makes sense why they are not capable of including everyone we have to recognize the space in between the binaries and constructs this is where most of us find ourselves third space . Third space as moving away from binaries/allowing more complicated lived. Baumgardner and richards young women are tired of talking about feminism, they want to do feminism . I think a new, third space is being created in women of colour feminism. Those of theory and a way to survive (292). Endorses multiple standpoints and approaches says this, but doesn"t always work. Zine production (1990s started) is exploding diy in practice.
