Our genes tell us it is fun because we need to be motivated to do it! We are fascinated in the media with it. If we didn"t nd sex interesting enough to mate, we wouldn"t be the kinds of humans we are today. Hated sex aside from procreation - called people perverts. Hated masturbation, created treatments to stop people from masturbating/sex. The study of sex may come from kellogg"s view of this problem Women came to se freud complaining of love anaesthesia. Their hand was paralyzed -- freud hypothesized it happened because they masturbated and felt so guilty about it. Freud knows that sex is an instinct that when thwarted can be harmful towards people. The kinsey report was viewed as shocking, people thought their own interest in it made them bad. People wrote books on how kinsey was a bad person. People wouldn"t consider him a real scientist because he studied sex (not really science)
