Neuropsych diagnoses is making good guesses based on information presented. Before diagnosis, have to document as much information as possible. She said one evening after sitting down for 20 mins at her computer, she developed blurred vision (words on computer looked fuzzy, time on the clock was hard to tell) Her past medical history: migraine headaches, depression, no history of diabetes / hypertension (increased blood pressure) Mother had migraines and died at the age of 70 after a heart attack. Her maternal grandfather had a stroke at age 69 (disruption of blood supply from / to brain) There is no other family history of stroke or vascular disease. Has no information about her father"s side of the family. Temperature is 37. 6c, blood pressure is 128/78, and pulse is 85 all nothing to be concerned about: look on avenue for what is normal / abnormal of blood pressure ** look this over.
