The lends adjusting the focus of the eyes. So the light coming in through the cornea but then it is adjusted by the lends so only 20% of refraction are being done by the lends. Hyperopia (farsightedness) the image is elongated (unusually long in relation to the eye length) the ball is kind of flatten. As the result, the light projects behind the eye so the closed object looks fuzzy.
