Reflection 10
This week has been very busy due to assignments and quizzes. Earlier
this week I had to submit 2 assignments and complete a quiz. One of the
assignments was for my geography class. During the passed weekend, I wrote
my GMAT, the entrance exam for MBA. It was my second time writing it but I was
still nervous and scared. I felt that I didn’t study enough and had to be more
prepared. Because it is a computer-based exam, I got my score right away. I did
better than my last write but not the score I wanted. Nonetheless, I will talk to the
admissions team and go from there. My other assignment was a reflection for my
mentorship course. Each week I met with my mentees, who are international
students at McMaster, and write a reflection. I had to make connections between
what I did and what we have learned in class. I am also trying to finish the take
home exam for this class and I am having a tough time fitting everything into 6
pages. I will have to cut out unnecessary things. Along with that, we decided as a
group to have all our parts done for the policy brief by Thursday. It’s a lot to take
in but hopefully I can get through all the work and be able to relax for a bit. I am
looking forward to the long weekend.
