Today gender separated bathrooms are common sense/something we all know, but years ago race separated bathrooms were common sense- what makes sense today was not always so, and will not always be so *not set in stone. Using death sentence as example- no longer common sense for death penalty whereas once it was not, to go one step further she challenges prisons in the same way as the death penalty.
