Blind tasting sensations: only feel the coldness, sugar and bubbles cannot distinguish coke from pepsi. Non-blind tasting perception: strong preference for one or the other. Can"t tell the difference between the drink especially if it"s cold. But if there"s a label then it changes the sensation. The taste you feel is organized by your perception. Black: amazon, (luxury goods tends to have black labels) Yellow fido, mcdonalds, cheerios, walmart, shell. Some could think red means strong while others could think red means communism. We eat more from larger boxes/ large plates. We drink more from wide tumblers than from a tall glass. We eat so much m&ms (or jellybeans for that matter) because they are colored. If you want to eat/drink less use a smaller plate and a taller glass.
