Realm of formlessness (4 dhyanas: sphere of neither cognition nor non- cognition -> attainment of cessation (you touch nirvana with your body, sphere of nothingness, sphere of infinite consciousness, sphere of infinite space. Realm of form (4 stages of dhyana: is only on- pointedness-> (cid:888) super knowledge"s + nirvana. Many buddhists use it as a verb-> to be nirvanized. It is the extinction of the self and the end of karmic processes thusly the end of samsara: only factors 4 +5 (no thought or physical sensation, only factors 3- 5 (no thought, all 5-dhyana factors are present. What is nirvana? (cid:883)(cid:524) (cid:498)non- manifesting(cid:499): no projection of the ego into the process of perception. No dualistic thinking-> no sense of self, dharma, other"s, : (cid:498)infinite(cid:499): mind is freed from the limits of conceptualisation, and it experiences phenomena (aka dharma"s) in all their diversity, mind grows (cid:498)lustrous and bright(cid:499) and illuminate.
