Bacon argues against plato that it is not real philosophy, and that they can create a "new. Suggests that a purification of this vision is possible through a new kind of temple: Solomon"s temple (but with a twist, salaman"s temple) Governor says that they are not taking the money for "vulgar" purposes (financial expansion), they are doing it to make the best possible society even better for themselves.
