o Bottom-> Visualize the spider as far away/ stare at the word spider
o Middle-> watch spiders move around at zoo/ visualize the worst possible allergic
reaction/ walk in an attic or basement that has spiders
o Top-> touch spider, sleep in a room with a spider in a cage
o Use diffeet tpes of spides so she does’t aliatize to ol soe tpes
