Ethical issues about creating (poweful) situations: e. g. Milgram"s experiements -- you didn"t need approval before. She may be conscientious about some things but not all. Stronger and more mature so they stand out: get more play time because they"re older. If you get more time, you get better. If you get better, you get more time.
