We can"t help but pay attention to personality characteristics and we often make decisions about whether we want person to be part of network work, romance, friends personality analysis to create relationships. Best reason is that we rely on these personality assessments all the time so. Personality figures heavily in whether you get the job we need info on how to make them accurately. We tend to blame family but dif factors. 1: 2, 11: 1, 16: 1, 26: 1, 36: 1. Big 5 thought of as bipolar dimensions.
