Problem: proper administraion of wealth: contrast in millionaires and laborers change civilizaion, change can be seen beneicial. Apprenices and masters used to work side by side in the same rouine: social and poliical equality, result: higher prices. Now, assembly through operaives in a factory: employees forced into strict economies, fricion between employers and employed, human society loses homogeneity. Communism harder to take on than individualism: individualism: nobler ideal that man should labour not for himself alone, but in and for a brotherhood of fellows, and share in common, and idea/happiness. Three modes for surplus wealth to be disposed of: let to families of decedents. Should equip others in wealth on moderation: bequeathed for public purposes. Only good to the world ater death. Requires beneits to the community: administered during their lives by its possessors. Surplus of wealth because the property of many, administered form the common good, and potent force for elevaion of our race.
