Diderot took charge of collecting and editing the articles which were published in l"encyclopedie. Autorite politique is an example of the editing style of diderot. The piece primarily talks about the fact that no man is born with the inherent right to rule over another, nor the need to be ruled over. The only natural order that beings have over one another is parents over their offspring.
