The biggest difference between moore and mealy is mealy has action in transition and moore only make change at states. Entry action acted when entering the state , and exit action is acted when exiting , they are all completed, can not be interrupted. The do action: it can be interrupted, it take as long as it want to execute b7t it does not means it can not finish when exiting the state. This is the final stage, because it just remove from the library altogether when it is available.
