This would should a very low incident rate. Larger sample size needed to measure the effects. The size you need depends on how big the effect is and how much variability there is in the population. Non sense because you wont find a house that actually has 3. 6 people in it. If you were building a house the mean would be useless for you because you don"t know if you should be building 3 or 4 bedrooms.
