(top) Communication is the vehicle that caries you and your patient through the interview whereby information is exchanged so that each person clearly understands the other through its meaning. Communication is all behaviour, conscious and unconscious, verbal and nonverbal, which has meaning a)sending - the words you speak, vocalizations as well as tone of voice used. The posture, gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, touch & even where you place your chair.
