Even though its illegal under oath or have an aitude about them incivility: rudeness/ cond. Minor incidents become larger with police involvement. Police cant get involved in poliics (leads to corrupion) Must step up to place and enforce laws. 1st year comm, law of evidence, wriing rule of law, mediaion. What ies to community grad school. 2nd year validated travel with ceriied instructor. Police need to be trained for 20th century problems. Chief of police need power to ire police. Can"t be hired with a record but won"t be ired with a record they get while on the job. Should have exemplary records only the best. Know one on the board who know police pracices. Give them more power/ authority in the future changes. Chairman can only rep himself not the rest of the board. Special unit . oicer of individual police needs to go.
