September 11th, 2015: sociologists ask why we do certain things and not others, what rules govern our behaviour in society, social context is important when studying social behaviour! Social world and our place in it, such as our gender, our religion, or our economic position, does affect our self: sociology is the systematic study of human society and behaviour of people in society!
