Religions of small-scale tribal peeps around world are as diverse as communities themselves. Primal religious systems conceive of universe as comprised of overlapping visible and invisible dimensions. Visible dimension is available to our ordinary senses. Invisible dimension is the world of spirit, which is perceivable in dreams and in waking life. Humans possess visible and invisible dimensions-body and soul/souls. Due to spirit dimension of external universe, humans interact w/ elements of their environment as spirit persons requiring courtesy and respect, capable of helping/harming an individual. Animistic perspective is interpreted as everything is alive , animistic worldview doesn"t ascribe life to non-living things.
