Described as a cauious and unlucky robber, vc and a friend planned to rob a pool hall and before the robbery occurs they both agree to use only knives. Vc"s friend shows up to the robbery with a gun, vc makes him take the bullets out and then eh places them in his glove. Ater robbery vc sees his friend go back into pool hall where a ight broke out between his friend and another customer and in the struggle the customer was shot and dies. Vc was caught at the scene, his accomplice escapes, he was charged with what was referred to as culpable homicide- secion 213 d of cc. Under the provisions a person using a weapon that results in death commiing a robbery was guilty of murder.
