What boundaries exist in the law now in the market place in the online community. How law relects the commitment to a capitalist society. Theory holds that capitalist development requires 2 things. Calculability- ability of the the person taking place in the capitalist society, every player needs to be able to calculate the risks and beneits of his or her acions , be able to look at the law. Procedural and substanive law: substance and law that describes what we can and cannot do, gives direcions for behaviour, interact with people. Assume that were all raional being, pro and cons and good and bad. Look out for common greater good instead. Power in the hands of the state.
