Judges are more trustworthy than execuive or legislature. Decision making power, put their hands together. Judges are less poliical, is it a legiimate acion. French- civil law- subjected to common law inluences. Minority interests- need to be protected which is why we have provincial and federal government. Naional court- last resort- the supreme court of canada. Body of laws that works together got both common and civil law. Precedent staple in the system hierarchy. Civil law less binding in civil not as big a deal like it is in common law. Civil jurisdicion doesn"t purely look like this- mainly taken from france. Wriing about the law is very inluenial. Civil laws writen in french primary language of provincial government in quebec. French is the irst language of the province.
