Bin1 bring all proteins of sarcomere together (the sarcolemma) At its roots, we mean how does a single cell divide and multiply to form a complete multicellular organism. Cleavage: when the embryonic cells keep dividing but do not grow. Signals: cells communicate to each other and their environment.
