Looking for a health issue tells the public it is important: is a form of health promotion. There are four very complex, expensive, expertise intensive key elements to every screening program. Public education support of screening, including prevention. Health professionals: screening must be comprehensive. Is either for everyone or no one. Tuesday, march 29, 2016: infrastructure/system has to be in place to do what we say we are going to do. Hospitals, labs, clinics, gyms, running paths, kinesiologists, chiropractors, drug plans, pharmacists, schools to certify and populate all these professions, institutions to house all these professions, people to watch over them, research evidence. Blah blah blah, it"s complicated: public education support of screening, including prevention. Public has to know that the screening is adoption in their illness. Public needs to know what to do to avoid the illness that is being screwed.
