Document Summary

If god didn"t exist it would be necessary to invent him . We can understand god but we can"t understand his meaning (we can understand enough of the important parts) Watch hasn"t always been there (like a rock) Nature is neither good not bad non-moral. God has no need to justify actions to us. His creation, he can do what he wants. Does god like us best? their sun was a sign. The problem of prima facie (at 1st glance) gratuitous (unnecessary) evil. Evil is misuse (apple-good, throwing it is bad) Theodicy (to explain evil) in general an attempt. 2 kinds of evil: moral evil or wickedness, natural evil. Free will?-could god make us and freely choose whats good. He could of made us into innocent automates (robots) Do what"s god and right, but not free. We are free if and only if from god"s perspective free from his manipulation.
