An organization or situation in which everyone is treated equally and has equal rights family, work, faith, institution etc. Economic democracy: workers and the broader public collectively decide what, how and where to produce. Workers (labour): everyone who sells their ability to work to an employer in exchange for a wage (whether its paid in the form of an hourly wage or a salary) Labour"s share vs. capital"s share of national income. Inequality: the distribution of income across individual households typically demonstrates inequality between higher-income and lower-income households.
