Submit statement on sakai by september 16th: under assignments, already written just have to sign your name to it. Other profs will also come in for the lectures as guest speakers. Lecture readings are almost always from the textbook. Research readings journal articles, will be posted on sakai. Have to do the readings before lecture b/c will have a quiz on the content which opens up. Do a quiz & learnsmart module both before 9am thursday otherwise you miss the marks for it. All of the learnsmart modules will become available soon but each will close before its scheduled lecture. Topic 1 is just practice, not for any marks. The quizzes are timed (on sakai: will get 20min to answer 5 questions, become available 5pm wed and open till 9am thurs, once you open it,the timer can"t be stopped. Have to complete it before going to do something else.
