Making it boring and repeiive and therefore unrewarding. De-skilling and specializaion you could easily be replaced and that you had no sense of the larger project. Because they were overspecialized, only knew speciic funcion within a system, not the whole process. Deprives workers of control over the workplace, over their tools, and their bodies \ Human being become lost in the gears. If an engineer can make a factory faster than schools, it should be able to become more eicient through engineers.
