The fostering of a common culture depends on literacy, access to information and participation in civil society. Second, a willingness to share depends on a capacity for empathy and compassion. Thirdly the necessity of a common culture through basic knowledge of economic functions, training and skill. A realisation of these factors through democratic institutions and the media familiarises people with common lifestyles and aspirations in society: briefly explain the concepts of dwelling- -in- -travelling and travelling- -in- -dwelling. Travelling-in-dwelling refers to travelling-without-moving through the aid of the internet, television and other transnational passive or interactive communication tools within relative ease and affordability. Travelling-in dwelling, places an important emphasis on places or sites and physical movement.
