32 bit cpu means word is 32 bit long. For byte addressing this is 4 gb. It can address up to 2^12 locations with 16 bit in each. Rtl is used to define what needs to be done. Connect internal components that need fast access (such as graphic cards) It is non volatile (keeps content without power) When a computer starts it is really not able to do much. The cpu does not know about a hard disk an operating system might sit on or any peripherals connected to the computer (mouse, keyboard , monitor etc) Bios (basic input output system or uef) unified extensible firmware interface in modern pcs) i stored in non volatile memory rom, read only memory. Provides initial system configuration and initially configures accessible hardware. The reset command in cpu triggers the execution of an instruction at a specific location in the bois chip.
