Better access programs: specialised clinical services e. g. bed-based services, community support sector services e. g. family and carer services; personalised support services; group support services. The two prongs of mental health prevention/treatment are access to support/services and knowledge/recognition about mental disorders. No point in having services if someone doesn"t believe they have a problem.
