• the core activities involved in managing people;
• how environmental context influences HRM strategy;
• the concept of strategic HRM, and the relationships between business strategy and
HR policy and practice.

developing skills, devising effective reward systems and understanding the role that
regulation plays in influencing HRM strategies

• Hiring process to gain the best employees
• Making a friendly workplace environment
• Eradicate bureaucracy in the workplace by asking employee opinions
