Psycap is a motivational tendency that positively influences the desirable attitudes, behaviors and performance of employees and can neutralize undesirable behaviors. All four of the components of psycap are measurable, buildable, manageable and have the capacity to offer more effective performance at work. People"s beliefs in their capabilities to produce desired effects by their own actions . People who regard themselves as highly efficacious act, think and feel differently from those who perceive themselves as inefficacious. They produce their own future, rather than simply foretell it bandura. High self efficacy: you are confident you can do anything. Low self-efficacy: you are not confident you can do things if you think you aren"t good at something.
