Can i have more than 1 anchor: yes, especially early in our careers, when we value a great many things, the older we get, the more likely it is that there will be just one anchor. Are some anchors more desirable than others: some cultures (e. g. , the us) glorify the managerial, entrepreneurial, and pure challenge anchors.
