Natural Law and Positivism- Positive law human made by authority
Positivism a description of what is observed e.g. what is the law based on what you

Positivism has to have an explanation of how the law has been created

Disconnection between self and land for most people unlike Indigenous people
Nuremburg laws dictated that even though the Nazis and people who killed Jews
were following German law at the time that was not following the Natural Law that
was informed by morality
Christopher was given the name Ngumbul at 2 weeks old by his Grandfather
Aboriginal people follow matriarchal line, sometimes paternal line but mostly
matriarchal
