The process of attracting, developing and maintaining a quality workforce to support

Employment discrimination:
Discrimination:
- When someone is denied work for reasons that are not relevant to the job
itself. E.g. race, language, gender

- The right to employment and advancement without regard to race, sex,
religion, colour or national origin
Sexual Harassment:
- Occurs as behaviour of a sexual nature that affects a person and their
employment
