and socialization of hackers but it lacks funding. But were we lack most is human intelligence.

They found that the following subjects had similar characteristics
1. - learned hacking skills in their early to mid-teens
2. - all but 2 were found that they developed their hacking skills their moral compass had
not been fully developed
3. - they all demonstrated advanced ability in math and science
4. - when he discussed this with psychologist Simon Baron-Cohen- professor: that certain
disabilities such as Aspberger’s or Autism, can manifest itself in the hacking and
computing world.
IMPORTANT: We should not be throwing these so called ‘monsters’ in jail because they have
lost their way socially or been duped. Instead we should engage and be offering guidance to
these young because they are a remarkable breed. And if we rely solely on the criminal justice
system and the threat of punitive sentencing, we will be nurturing a monster we cannot tame.
