People are just plain inconsiderately Many times, I have been walking behind people who are "reading" their cel! phones, completely unaware that people behind them are blocked or slowed to a craw while they pick up their very important messages." I understand if someone is a doctor or a police officer. But most of us are just texting our friends. We should pass a law against this thoughtless practice-or at the very least, we should make people pay a fine so they will think twice and get out of the way!
