Instructions: Below are images of my daily breakfasts. Based on nutrients and Canada’s Food Guide, please help me fix my breakfasts so they are more nutritious AND meet a balanced breakfast following Canada’s Food Guide.  

Look at the CFG website exploration. You discovered different foods that have different nutrients. Think of those when “fixing” my breakfast.
